Shipping policy
We focus on products quality, excellent service, and a speedy delivery.
Processing time:
All orders are sent to the manufactures for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacture's process ( printed, cut, and hand-sewn) orders take an additional 1-2 days for Tunic Dress, 2-4 days for T-shirt Dress and Homeware, and 7-12 days for Fitted Dress.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufactures to the destination.
All products except Tunic Dress, Wallpaeper and stock items
International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. US order are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service Product. After processing and leaving the manufactures, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive. Still, they can take longer from time to time.
Tunic Dress and Wallpaper
The others are shipped by FedEx or UPS from a manufacture in England. Items usually take 3-5 days to arrive but can take longer from time to time.
Stock items
They are shipped in 1-2 business days

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
